Step 3a. If ordering without creating an account enter all of the shipping an billing information. Review your order and select the payment method. Confirm and pay for order.
Step 3b. If you are a returning customer simply enter you user name and password. Choose payment method and complete your order. No repetitive reentry of information is necessary!
