Registering takes just a few minutes, but it will save you lots of time and typing on your future visits. Plus, we'd like to offer you some perks for joining. For instance, if you register with us, we'll save some of your billing information so that you don't have to enter it again. Best of all, you can check the status of current orders online, review your account history, view the details of an invoice, credit, or subscription by visiting the My Account section.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of making a purchase. If you are a registered user simply login to your account, go to view my orders, and click on "cancel order." Simply confirm yes if you want to cancel the order. For customers that have not registered you can email us at: info@valuegift.net or call 704-640-1947 (leave a message if necessary). Please be sure to clearly identify the order with your name as it appears on the order and the order number. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours since we process and ship within a 24 hour period.
Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at valegift.net may be returned within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Pending inspection of your return a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes, if applicable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns of merchandise, certain conditions apply. We do not accept returns of:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. - Any item that is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, or is missing parts.
Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
All returns (damaged or undamaged) require prior authorization or an RA number (return authorization). Returns must be authorized by valuegift.net within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. If you purchase an item from valuegift.net and it arrives damaged or defective, for a return simply log in, choose the order, follow the instructions for RMA. It's that simple. WE PUT THE RETURN FORM ON-LINE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. Once signed in go to the "VIEW MY ORDERS" TAB AND "CLICK" RMA REQUEST. Customers that are not registered must email their request to: info@valuegift.net for instructions. Email gives you valid documentation of your return request.
Payment
valuegift.net accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, checks and money orders. Credit Card payments are submitted immediately when the order is ready to ship, and only the items shipped will be charged. If you decide to pay by a personal check on our web site your check must clear before shipment. If you pay by check or money order from one of our catalogs payment must accompany an order form. Personal checks and business checks must clear before shipment.
Delivery Guarantee
At valuegift.net, we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a representative will e-mail you with anticipated delivery dates. valuegift.net ships its product through reliable carriers like UPS, Federal Express, and the US Post Office, who make every effort to guarantee delivery dates.
Pricing and Availability
Product measurements may not be exact. Sizes shown are close approximations. Photographs are of products available at the time the site was set up. Products may be updated, or models of equal or better value may be substituted. Product depictions on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of updating, or because several models of a product are packaged in one style box. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. valuegift.net has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and valuegift.net is not responsible for any errors contained therein.
Missing Items or Damaged Shipments
When you receive a shipment from valuegift.net, please check the contents of your package immediately. We require that you report any missing items or product damage within 7 business days of receiving the package. valuegift.net must report all damages immediately to the delivery service for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in the condition as it was delivered. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We cannot accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost, but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete.
Missing or damaged packages aren't fun for anyone-- so know that we'll make sure to resolve these rare situations quickly.
Refusal of Delivery
If you place an order and it is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to valuegift.net and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
Promotional Codes
Promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process on the first page of checkout. Simply enter your promotion or source code and the applicable discount will be calculated in your final cart and will be reflected in your order summary.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemed just like promotional codes. When checking out enter the appropriate gift card number into the promotional code box and appropriate credit will be given. Credit card or payment information is still required.
Shipping
Valegift.net charges a flat fee shipping rate. All orders are charged $7.99 regarless of size. No surprises, handling fees or add-ons. Orders over $75.00 receive free shipping. A sales tax of 6.75% is added to all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses. We ship only to the contingent 48 U.S. States. We do not offer rush deliver. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, but since we ship across the continental U.S. please allow 7 to 10 days.
Product Colors
Computer monitors color settings may vary. This can affect how colors appear on your screen. All of our products are accurately portrayed in the images on valuegift.net, but due to slight on-screen discrepancies, it may not appear 100% identical to the colors on the product received. valuegift.net cannot be held responsible for color discrepancies.
